Community Guidelines

Repflow is a place to train, share progress, and push each other. These guidelines apply to everything you post or send: posts, photos, videos, comments, usernames, bios, and profile photos. We have zero tolerance for the content below. Breaking these rules can get your content removed and your account suspended or banned, without warning.
Not allowed
Nudity and sexual content. Gym and progress photos are welcome; explicit nudity, sexual acts, and sexually suggestive content are not.
Anything that sexualizes or endangers minors. This is never allowed and is reported to the authorities as the law requires.
Intimate images or videos of anyone shared without their consent, including fake or AI-generated ones.
Harassment and bullying: insults, body shaming, unwanted contact, or encouraging others to target someone.
Hate: attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious illness.
Violence and threats, glorifying violence, or graphic gore.
Promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. If you're struggling, please reach out: in the US, call or text 988.
Selling or promoting illegal drugs, steroids or other prescription-only performance drugs, or weapons.
Spam, scams, fake giveaways, and misleading links.
Impersonating another person or brand.
Sharing someone's private information (address, phone number, private photos) without permission.
Content you don't have the rights to, such as other people's photos or videos.
Reporting and blocking
Tap ⋯ on any post, comment, or profile and choose Report. Reports are private: the person won't know who reported them. Reported content is hidden for you right away, and we review every report within 24 hours.
Tap ⋯ → Block to block someone. You won't see each other's posts, comments, or profiles, and they can't send you friend requests or comment on your posts. Manage blocked people in Settings → Blocked users.
What we do
We remove content that breaks these guidelines and can suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible. Some words are blocked automatically. Serious cases may be reported to law enforcement.
To request removal of an intimate image of you, or to send a copyright notice, see Settings → Legal & Safety → Request removal in the app, repflowcoach.com/takedown, or email repflowtraining@gmail.com. Valid intimate-image requests are handled within 48 hours.
