Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Repflow. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf. TODO(legal): confirm age and parental-consent wording.

You may not use Repflow if we have previously banned you, or if using it would break the law where you live.

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Give accurate information and don't impersonate anyone. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.

"Your content" means anything you post or upload: posts, photos, videos, comments, your profile (name, username, bio, photos), and anything you share with a coach.

You keep ownership of your content. To run the Service, you give Repflow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, resize, and distribute your content to the people you choose to share it with, and to make backups. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons or that others have already re-shared.

You confirm you have the right to post your content, and that it doesn't break these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or anyone else's rights (including privacy, publicity, and copyright).

Repflow has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. This includes nudity and sexual content, any content that sexualizes minors, intimate images shared without consent, harassment, hate, threats and violence, and the other content described in our Community Guidelines.

We may remove any content and suspend or permanently ban any account that breaks these Terms or the Community Guidelines, at our discretion and without notice. Content that sexualizes minors is reported to the authorities as the law requires.

You can report posts, comments, and profiles, and block other users, from the ⋯ menu. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours: removing content that breaks our rules and suspending or banning the people responsible.

We are not obligated to monitor all content, and we don't endorse content posted by users. Content reflects the views of the person who posted it.

Copyright: if you believe content on Repflow infringes your copyright, send a notice from Settings → Legal & Safety → Request removal in the app, at repflowcoach.com/takedown, or by email to repflowtraining@gmail.com, with: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work; where the content is in Repflow (the post, comment, or profile); a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We remove content that infringes and disable the accounts of repeat infringers. TODO(legal): register a DMCA designated agent and replace this contact.

Intimate images: if an intimate image or video of you is on Repflow without your consent, send a removal request from Settings → Legal & Safety → Request removal in the app, at repflowcoach.com/takedown, or by email to repflowtraining@gmail.com, including: your name and contact information; your physical or electronic signature; where the content is in Repflow; and a brief statement that you have a good-faith belief the image was shared without your consent. We remove it, and identical copies we can find, within 48 hours of receiving a valid request. TODO(legal): confirm the TAKE IT DOWN Act process wording.

Repflow gives general fitness and nutrition information and tracking tools. It is not medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor, dietitian, or other professional. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, and stop and get help if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. You use the Service at your own risk.

Calorie, macro and weight-change targets (Diet → Strategy) are estimates calculated from formulas and the data you log. They are meant for healthy adults and have built-in limits (a minimum daily calorie target and a maximum rate of weight loss), but they are not medical advice or a treatment plan. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before following them if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition (for example diabetes or kidney disease) or take medication affected by diet, or have a history of disordered eating. Ask Repflow (AI answers, for ages 18 and up) uses an AI model from Anthropic to answer questions about training, nutrition and your own logged data. Its answers are generated automatically, can be wrong or incomplete, and are general information, not medical, nutrition or injury advice. Check anything important with a qualified professional, and never use it in an emergency. You turn it on yourself, can turn it off at any time in Settings, and there are monthly limits on how much you can use it. Don't use it to create harmful content, and don't rely on it to change a diet below the safety limits Repflow sets. TODO(legal): review the AI terms.

Coaches on Repflow are independent and are not employed by Repflow. Repflow isn't responsible for a coach's advice or conduct.

You must be 18 or older to connect with a coach. While you're connected, your coach sees your name, email, username and age; everything else follows your choices in "What your coach can see" (workouts, body, nutrition, progress photos and videos, check-ins and AI summaries), which you can change at any time. Inside photos and videos, your coach sees only the items you share. We record when your coach views your data and show it to you. You can disconnect at any time, and a coach can end the connection; either way the coach loses access right away. New coach accounts are reviewed by Repflow before they can connect with athletes.

Check-ins and messages: while you're connected, you can send your coach a weekly check-in (and the coach sets which day it's due), and you and your coach can message each other in the app and on the coach website. Messages are text only, must follow the Community Guidelines, pass through an automatic language filter, and are limited to 20 an hour. Photos you attach to a check-in are shared with your coach. When the connection ends, the conversation is kept read-only for both of you and can't be deleted by either side, for safety. You can report a message (press and hold it in the app); Repflow may review reported messages, remove them, and suspend or ban the accounts involved.

Paid features (such as Repflow Elite) are billed through the App Store and governed by Apple's terms, including refunds and cancellation. Prices and features may change; we'll tell you before a change affects a subscription you already have.

Don't misuse the Service: no hacking, scraping, automated accounts, spam, interfering with the app or other users, selling accounts, or using the Service for anything illegal.

You can stop using Repflow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability) survive termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Repflow won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing). We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll ask you to review and accept the new version in the app before you post or comment again. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
